Periodic schedule for submission of information
Effective Jul 25, 201027 Ok Reg 2533<i><sup>1</sup>This emergency action expired before being superseded by a permanent action. Upon expiration of an emergency action enacting a new Section, the text of the Section is no longer effective. - (a) Information providers must submit their data files to the Department within thirty (30) days of beginning the research, thirty (30) days of completion of the research, or by October 1, whichever is soonest.
- (b) The Department may grant an extension of the reporting deadline upon written request from the information provider made at least ten (10) days prior to the deadline and supported by substantial cause.
