1. (a) Benefits under the WIC program shall terminate if:

   1. (1) The child reaches the age of sixty (60) months;
   2. (2) The woman is more than twelve months (12) since the delivery of her last child and is not pregnant; or
   3. (3) The family income no longer meets the program limits;

2. (b) Sanctions will be sought against any participant who:

   1. (1) Provides status information which is false; or
   2. (2) Applies for benefits under multiple names, multiple times, or multiple organizations.

3. (c) Sanctions may include:

   1. (1) Counseling;
   2. (2) Suspension of benefits;
   3. (3) Termination of benefits; and/or
   4. (4) Repayment of benefits.
