1. (a) All human subject research will be reviewed, prospectively approved, and subject to continuing oversight by the OSDH IRB.
2. (b) The OSDH IRB will have authority to approve, require modifications in, disapprove, suspend or terminate the covered human subject research.
3. (c) The OSDH IRB will maintain IRB registration under the Office of Human Research Protections (OHRP) to permit the review of federally funded research.
