Formal and informal proceedings
Oklahoma State Department of Health
(a)
Formal proceedings.
The rules of this Chapter shall govern all formal proceedings of the Oklahoma State Board of Health.
(b)
Informal proceedings.
Informal proceedings may be held by agreement between the Board or its agents and any party.
