A sanctioned event is any organized event that occurs on the waters and lands of GRDA, including, but not limited to, regattas, motorboat or other boat races, marine parades, tournaments, fishing tournaments, "poker" runs, motorized rock-climbing or off-road events, fireworks displays, concerts and other exhibitions.
