1. (a) The State Fire Marshal will provide an annual operational permit decal and year sticker for all mobile food preparation vehicles requiring a fire and life safety inspection in accordance with 74 O.S., Section 325.20 (2024). No other decals or stickers can be used to indicate approval.
2. (b) The State Fire Marshal shall place the decal and year sticker at either the customer/patron serving side or the rearmost door of the mobile food preparation vehicle to be visible to customers/patrons and the State Fire Marshal.
3. (c) The operational permit decal and year sticker is valid for one (1) year from the date of the inspection.
