The following words and terms, when used in this Subchapter shall have the following meaning, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

"Inspection" means a fire and life safety inspection of a food truck or food trailer.

"Liquified petroleum gas" or "LPG" means propane or butane.

"Mobile food preparation vehicle" means the definition currently adopted or referenced version of Oklahoma code(s) to include, but not limited to, the International Fire Code® and the National Fire Protection Association. A mobile food preparation vehicle may also be described as "food truck or food trailer".

"Political sub-division" means any political sub-division as identified by statute.

"State Fire Marshal" means Oklahoma State Fire Marshal, his duly authorized agents, or designees.
