1. (a) Committee. In order to maintain a balanced approach among stakeholders, the Director may establish an advisory committee comprised of volunteers from organizational stakeholders of the state construction program.
2. (b) Purpose. The purpose of the Committee is to assist with procedures, review case studies, recommend implementation strategies, promote education and promote continual improvement. The Director may ask the committee to review complaints or concerns from stakeholders and recommend resolution thereof.
3. (c) Membership. Committee membership is comprised of delegates from organizations representing general construction contracting; specialty contracting, suppliers, consultants and customers.
4. (d) Meetings. The Director or designee is the Committee Chairperson and has responsibility for scheduling meetings.
