The Department may collect reasonable fees for the purpose of providing or contracting for architectural, engineering, and land surveying, planning, real estate and related services to state agencies; from persons requesting plans and notification of solicitations issued by the Department; and, for contract management for a construction project. [Title 61, Section 208.1] The purpose of this subchapter is to establish a methodology by which a schedule of reasonable fees for services provided by the Department will be determined and maintained.
