1. (a) All construction management or design-build firms desiring to perform services for the State of Oklahoma must register with the Department by delivering a completed registration application form to the Department.
2. (b) A registration is valid for one (1) calendar year and must be renewed annually on or before the anniversary date of the previous year's registration.
3. (c) A construction management or design-build firm may register any time up to ten (10) days prior to the deadline for project consideration.
