- (a) State agency requisition preparation. Upon receipt from the Director of the notice of project designation as design-build, the state agency shall complete a requisition form which must state that the project delivery method is design-build on the form.
- (b) State agency requisition submission. The state agency shall submit the requisition form to the Director.
- (c) Director review. The Director shall review the requisition form to ensure the form contains the required information.
