1. (a) State agency requisition preparation. Upon receipt of the notice of project designation as construction management from the Department, the state agency shall complete a requisition form which must state on the form that the project delivery method is construction management and indicate the construction management type.
2. (b) State agency requisition submission. The state agency shall submit the requisition form to the Director.
3. (c) Review. The Director shall review the requisition form to ensure the form contains the required information.
