Prehearing conference

A pre-hearing conference shall be held two (2) weeks prior to the hearing date. At the pre-hearing conference each party shall:

(1) Exchange witness and exhibit lists;
(2) Agree to a date for discovery cut-off;
(3) Submit a short written statement of facts; and
(4) Agree as to the issues to be tried at the hearing.
