1A permanent rule called "Screening Criteria" was incorrectly numbered at this number (260:35-3-6) when the rule was promulgated in the Oklahoma Register [see 31 Ok Reg 1435]. The rule was being added in a new Chapter 65 in this Title 260, rather than in Chapter 35 as the incorrect number would indicate.
