The following words and terms, when used in this Chapter, shall have the following meaning unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

"Administrator" means the chief administrative officer of the Human Capital Management Division.

"Day" means a calendar day.

"HCM" means the Oklahoma Human Capital Management Division of the Officeof Management and Enterprise Services.

"Party" means a person or organization named and participating or properly seeking and entitled by law to participate in an individual proceeding.
