This chapter is to provide information, requirements and procedures for state procurementstaff, suppliers, and state entities subject to the State Use Program authorized in 74 O.S. §3001et seq., to establish fair and consistent acquisition processes that satisfy the needs of the state,provide value, quality and ensures the best interest of all taxpayers. All suppliers and state entities are responsible for knowing the requirements of this chapter in the State Use Program.
