A person holding certification as a distribution and collection operator may perform all duties relating to the operation and maintenance of storage and distribution systems, including purchased-water systems and non-transient, non-community systems. A person holding certification as a distribution and collection operator may also perform all duties relating to the operation and maintenance of total retention lagoon systems and collections systems.
