- (a) Education. Applicants for certification as a Class A - D waterworks/wastewater works distribution and/or collection operator shall have a high school diploma or a general equivalency diploma. Licensed experience and/or training may be substituted.
- (b) Experience and training. Applicants shall comply with the licensed experience and training requirements in Appendix B.
- (c) Examinations. Applicants shall pass the appropriate validated examination in accordance with 252:710-1-6.
