1. (a) Septage pumping and transporting license. The annual fee for a septage pumping and transporting license shall be $150.00.
2. (b) Vehicles. The annual registration fee for each septage pumping and transporting vehicle shall be $50.00.
3. (c) Examination fee. The examination fee for each applicant shall be $150.00.
4. (d) Permit to land apply septage. The annual fee for a permit to land apply septage shall be $250.00.
5. (e) Permit to operate a septage treatment facility. The annual fee for a permit to operate a septage treatment facility shall be $250.00.
6. (f) Authorization to operate a septage storage facility. The annual fee for an authorization to operate a septage storage facility shall be $150.00.
7. (g) Late fees. There shall be a late fee of $50.00 for failure to renew a license, permit or authorization by January 15.
8. (h) Variances. The fee for reviewing requests for variances shall be $200.00.
