The following submittal and accompanying actions by the recipient are required during and upon the completion of the construction of the project;

1. (1) Any change order shall be submitted to the DEQ for approval;
2. (2) Once construction is completed, notice shall be submitted to the DEQ; and
3. (3) A complete set of as-built drawings shall be submitted to the DEQ upon completion of construction.
