Provide for sample taps in the approvable plans:

1. (1) for each raw water source,
2. (2) from each treatment unit, including on each filter, located to obtain representative samples of unit contents,
3. (3) from finished water storage, and
4. (4) that are the smooth-nosed type without interior or exterior threads, and do not have a screen, aerator, or other such equipment.
