Include the following in the approvable plans:

1. (1) functional aspects,
2. (2) provisions for expansion where applicable,
3. (3) provisions for WTP residuals treatment and disposal,

4. (4) site grading and drainage,

   1. (A) prevent surface water from standing within 50 feet of any facility,
   2. (B) disposal of surface water without danger of flooding any facility,
5. (5) provisions for access roads, walks, driveways and chemical delivery and handling,
6. (6) provisions for containment and disposal of overflow from tanks and other facilities,
7. (7) provisions for cleaning of facilities and disposal of cleaning waste, and
8. (8) provisions for disposal of sanitary waste.
