For regulatory flows use the following:
- (1) Industrial. For industries:
- (A) YMS criterion. Qe(LTA) is used as the regulatory effluent flow.
- (B) SS criterion. Qe(30) is used as the regulatory effluent flow.
- (2) Municipal. Qe(D) is used as the regulatory effluent flow.
