Okla. Admin. Code § 252:606-6-77 – Development of permit limitations for the implementation of human health and raw water criteria for toxic substances to protect the Public and Private Water Supply beneficial use

MAL_FFW and DML_FFW are calculated from LTA_FFW. MAL_RAW and DML_RAW are calculated from LTA_RAW. MAL_FFW and MAL_RAW are compared with all other applicable criterion MALs. The most stringent MAL and associated DML are included in the permit.

(1) MAL_FFW and MAL_RAW. MAL_FFW and MAL_RAW are equal to their respective criterion LTAs in accordance with Equation M-7.
(2) DML_FFW and DML_RAW. DML_FFW and DML_RAW are determined on a 99% probability basis according to Equation M-8.
