Okla. Admin. Code § 252:606-6-52 – Effluent regulatory flows for the implementation of numerical criteria for toxic substances to protect the Fish and Wildlife Propagation beneficial use

The following effluent regulatory flows apply for the implementation of numerical toxicity criteria for toxic substances to protect the Fish and Wildlife Propagation beneficial use:

(1) Industrial. For industrial facilities, Q_e(30) is used as the regulatory effluent flow.
(2) Municipal. The treatment facility's design flow Q_e(D) is used as the regulatory effluent flow. The design flow used for permitting purposes will not exceed the approved design flow in the WQMP.
