If reasonable potential is demonstrated, WLA_T is required.

1. (1) Streams. Except for streams designated as trout fisheries, Equation K-1, K-2, or K-3 is used to determine WLA_T, depending on the value of Q*. WLA_T for trout fisheries is 20̊C.
2. (2) Lakes. Depending on whether the discharge conveyance is a pipe or canal, Equation K-4 or K-5 is used to determine WLA_T.
