Applicants must comply with the terms of the permits that are issued. Permits may contain provisions more stringent than these rules in order to meet Oklahoma Water Quality Standards (OAC 252:730), the Implementation of Oklahoma's Water Quality Standards (OAC 252:740), and the Water Quality Management Plan.
