1. (a) Initiation. Assessment of corrective measures must be initiated within 90 days of finding that any of the constituents monitored in the assessment monitoring program have been detected at a statistically significant level exceeding the groundwater protection standards.
2. (b) Completion. The assessment of corrective measures must be completed within a reasonable period of time as determined by the DEQ.
