Financial assurance for closure, post-closure, and/or corrective action, as applicable, must be maintained continuously until released from the requirement to maintain such assurance by:

1. (1) demonstrating compliance with the closure and/or post-closure requirements of Subchapter 25 of this Chapter; or
2. (2) demonstrating compliance with the corrective action requirements of Part 15 of OAC 252:515-9, or an approved corrective action plan.
