1. (a) Minimum number of tires. Tire dealers with three hundred (300) or more used tires at one physical location may request DEQ assistance in causing collection of the used tires by a used tire facility.

2. (b) Documentation required. In requesting such assistance, the dealer must provide the following to DEQ:

   1. (1) the location of the used tires;
   2. (2) certification that at least 300 used tires are at the location; and
   3. (3) documentation that all used tire facilities have been contacted a minimum of twice, at least 60 days apart, and service has not been received.
