ASR applications - Tier II

The following ASR authorizations require Tier II applications.

(1) Modification of ASR permits not covered under Tier I.
(2) Limited-scale ASR pilot projects as authorized by 27A O.S. § 2-6-110.
(3) ASR treatment plant construction permit.
(4) Modification of an existing water treatment plant for ASR operations.
(5) Renewal of ASR operations permit.
