The following air quality permits and authorizations shall be technically reviewed and issued or denied within the time frames specified below.

1. (1) Construction permits:

   1. (A) PSD and Part 70 Sources - 365 days.
   2. (B) Minor Facilities - 180 days.

2. (2) Operating permits:

   1. (A) Part 70 Sources - 540 days.
   2. (B) Minor Facilities - 365 days.
3. (3) Relocation permits - 30 days.
