Receipt of complaints

(a) Complaints may be made by any of the following:
1. (1) the toll-free hotline;
2. (2) mail, including electronic transmission;
3. (3) telephone to any DEQ telephone number; or
4. (4) in person at any office of the DEQ.
(b) Complainants may request to be anonymous or to remain confidential.
