Any analytical report given to a customer by an accredited laboratory shall identify:
- (1) the analytes for which the laboratory is DEQ-accredited;
- (2) the class of DEQ-issued accreditation of each analyte; and
- (3) which analytes were subcontracted out for analysis and the subcontractor's accreditation number for each of the subcontracted analytes.
