1. (a) When the DEQ receives notification of potential noncompliance from a secondary AB, it shall review and investigate the alleged noncompliance and take appropriate action in accordance with 252:307-5-4, including the addition of any change of accreditation status in the TNI National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Database.

2. (b) Within 20 days of the notification of potential noncompliance from a secondary AB, the DEQ shall respond in writing with a copy to the secondary AB, providing the following information:

   1. (1) an initial report of the findings;
   2. (2) a description of the actions to be taken; and
   3. (3) a schedule for implementation of corrective action, if necessary.
