Okla. Admin. Code § 252:306-1-3
The following words or terms, when used in this Chapter, shall have the following meaning, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
"APA" means the Oklahoma Administrative Procedures Act under 75 O.S. Sections 250 through 323.
"Base Fees" means fees for services provided by SELSD, which were promulgated and adopted pursuant to the APA at the recommendation of the Water Quality Management Advisory Council [27A O.S. § 2-2-201] and under the authority of the Environmental Quality Board [27A O.S. § 2-2-101], as required by 27A O.S. § 2-3-402(A)(3).
"CPI" means the Consumer Price Index for all urban consumers (CPI-U), series Id CUUR0000SA0, all items in U.S. city average, not seasonally adjusted, base period 1982-84=100, as published by the United States Department of Labor, U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics and is a measure of the average change over time in the prices paid by urban consumers for a market basket of consumer goods and services. The CPI for a calendar year is the figure denoted by the Department of Labor as the "Annual" index figure for that calendar year.
"DEQ" means the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality.
"Director" means the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality.
"OAC" means the Oklahoma Administrative Code.
"QAM" means the SELSD's Quality Assurance Manual.
"SELSD" means State Environmental Laboratory Services Division under the jurisdiction of, and operated by, DEQ.
