1. (a) Particulate matter.

   1. (1) Before April 28, 2009, the concentration of particulate matter contained in the gases discharged to the atmosphere from a MWC unit shall not exceed 27 milligrams per dry standard cubic meter, corrected to 7 percent oxygen.
   2. (2) By April 28, 2009, the concentration of particulate matter contained in the gases discharged to the atmosphere from a MWC unit shall not exceed 25 milligrams per dry standard cubic meter, corrected to 7 percent oxygen.
2. (b) Opacity. Opacity of gases discharged to the atmosphere from a MWC unit shall not exceed 10 percent (6-minute average).
