The following words and terms, when used in this Part, shall have the following meaning, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

"Interest" means the interest that accrues in a claimant's overpayment pursuant to 40 O.S. Section 2-613.

"Overpayment" means an unemployment benefit overpayment established pursuant to 40 O.S. Section 2-613.
