1. (a) In order for an employer to receive a notice of determination for being a party to a claim when a claimant has filed for benefits, the employer must electronically e-file a timely objection to the claim (40:2-507), unless the employer has elected to utilize other means of transmittal pursuant to 40 O.S § 1-224.
2. (b) The phrase to each other employer who timely filed a written objection to the claim [40:2-507] refers to "each employer" involved in the claim for benefits. Thus, both last and base period employers must timely file a written objection to the claim in order to have a right to receive a notice of a determination upon a claim.
