The Secretary may distribute vouchers to Precinct Officials and special-purpose precinct workers by United States Mail instead of by the procedure set forth in 230:35-3-36 through 230:35-3-38. [26:3-105.2] When distributing vouchers to Precinct Officials and special-purpose precinct workers by mail, the voucher shall be mailed no earlier than the day of the election and no later than the Tuesday following the election.
