Service Oklahoma and licensed operator personnel shall not answer questions or provide information concerning voter registration or election conduct unless the answer or information is contained in the written materials supplied by the State Election Board. Applicants who have questions that cannot be answered by Service Oklahoma or licensed operator personnel shall be referred to the office of the local County Election Board, to the State Election Board office, or to the State Election Board's website. Service Oklahoma and licensed operator personnel shall not attempt to explain or to amplify the information contained in the written materials supplied by the State Election Board.
