- (a) A deferred sentence is not considered a conviction under Oklahoma law.
- (b) Persons who have been convicted of a felony, but who have received a pardon as set forth in paragraph 1 of 26 O.S. § 4-101, may become registered voters provided they are otherwise qualified.
- (c) Persons who have been convicted of a felony whose sentence has beencommuted as set forth in paragraph 1 of 26 O.S. § 4-101 is eligible to register to vote.
