Effective 7-1-93, the Ad Valorem Task Force was abolished and "[a]ll powers, duties, … of the Ad Valorem Task Force [were] … transferred to the Ad Valorem Division of the Oklahoma Tax Commission" [68:2946.2(B)]. The disposition of the rules of the Ad Valorem Task Force was addressed in 68 O.S., § 2946.1(D): "All rules of the Ad Valorem Task Force pertaining to the function and powers … transferred and assigned to the Ad Valorem Division of the Oklahoma Tax Commission…shall continue in force and effect as rules of the Ad Valorem Division of the Oklahoma Tax Commission until duly modified or abrogated by the appropriate body."Effective 6-26-95, the Oklahoma Tax Commission revoked all rules in Title 20 and added rules in OAC 710:10.For additional information about the transfer, see Laws 1993, c. 273.See also OAC 710:10 (Oklahoma Tax Commission).
