1. (a) Application for recruitment referral incentive payments will be made in accordance with specific operational guidelines set forth by the Oklahoma Department of Corrections.
2. (b) Applications will be reviewed in accordance with specific operational guidelines prescribed by the Oklahoma Department of Corrections.
3. (c) Referral incentive payments may be approved or denied contingent upon available funding and compliance with program guidelines.
