Applicants seeking a CCN shall meet all notice requirements as set forth in this Section.

1. (1) Requirements for filing a CCN application. A filed CCN application shall be delivered by mail, electronic mail or by personal service to the following people and/or entities:

   1. (A) The Attorney General of the State of Oklahoma;
   2. (B) The Commission's PUD Director; The PUD Director shall place the Application on the Commission's website, within five (5) business days of receipt.
   3. (C) The Oklahoma 911 Management Authority State Coordinator's Office.
   4. (D) The ILEC in the proposed service territory.
   5. (E) Sections (C) and (D) of this subsection shall not apply to applications for a CCN filed exclusively for the limited purpose of receiving reimbursement from the OUSF for the provision of Special Universal Services in accordance with 17 O.S. § 139.109.1(B)(4).

2. (2) Publication of a Notice of Application of a CCN. The Notice required by 17 O.S. § 132 shall be published as follows:

   1. (A) In a newspaper of general circulation once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks with at least seven (7) days apart in each service territory affected.
   2. (B) Publication shall be at the expense of the applicant.
   3. (C) A "Proof of Publication" document shall be filed with the Commission's Court Clerk.
3. (3) Requirements for an Objection to a CCN. An objection filed in a case for an Application for a CCN shall clearly state the basis of the objection. When an objection is filed in a case for an Application for a CCN, the parties shall make a good faith attempt to resolve the objection. If the objection cannot be resolved within sixy (60) days, the Applicant shall promptly file a Motion for Procedural Schedule and a Notice of Hearing with the Court Clerk.
