- (a) Unless otherwise stated in this Chapter, all cases on appeal shall be as prescribed by the applicable rules of the Supreme Court of Oklahoma.
- (b) Attached as exhibits to the Designation of Record filed at the Commission shall be a signed statement by the court reporter for each hearing transcript to be included in the record transmitted by the Court Clerk to the Supreme Court. That statement shall be completed by the court reporter and be in substantially the following form: I, ____________________, court reporter for the hearing held on [date] at [time] in the styled case, do hereby acknowledge this request for transcript on this _____ day of ____________________ and have received a deposit in the sum of $__________.
- (c) All petitions, motions, briefs and other filings shall be served on the Commission by mail addressed to the Commission's Office of General Counsel.
