1. (a) The tariff and/or terms and conditions of service will be effective pursuant to Commission order. If an objection to the streamlined application is filed within thirty (30) calendar days after the date of the last publication, or other notice as ordered by the Commission, the Commission may set the matter for hearing and shall issue an order approving, denying or modifying the application within sixty (60) calendar days of the date of last publication or other notice as ordered by the Commission, unless otherwise ordered by the Commission.
2. (b) If an objection is not filed, the Commission shall issue an order approving, denying or modifying the application within forty-five (45) calendar days after the date of last publication or other notice as ordered by the Commission, unless otherwise ordered by the Commission.
3. (c) Applicant shall respond to data requests for additional data or information within five (5) business days of receiving the request.
