Schedule -H- of the MFR Package shall contain the following:

1. (1) The utility shall provide in this schedule a distribution of eligible fuel expenses for each month of the eligible period, in the following categories for each generating station:

   1. (A) Coal and Lignite: Coal and lignite costs as delivered to the utility's plants;

   2. (B) Natural Gas:

      1. (i) Gas cost;
      2. (ii) Gas transportation (if contracted separately);
      3. (iii) Gas storage (if contracted separately); and
      4. (iv) Other costs (specify);

   3. (C) Fuel Oil:

      1. (i) Oil cost, and
      2. (ii) Other costs (specify).
   4. (D) Other costs: If costs are not readily identifiable and separable in the Company's accounting system, and are included in a cost category listed above, then indicate the type of costs and the cost category in which they are included.
