1. (a) Using the data submitted pursuant to OAC 165:35-25-20, PUD shall annually prepare a scorecard for each utility covering the following areas:

   1. (1) SAIFI;
   2. (2) SAIDI;
   3. (3) MAIFI (to the extent that this measure is utilized);
   4. (4) Vegetation management; and
   5. (5) Worst performing circuits.
2. (b) The scorecard shall be prepared such that the performance of utilities of differing sizes and number of consumers can be directly compared.
3. (c) PUD's utility performance scorecards will be published annually not later than May 1.
