1. (a) Credentials for the current registration year may be displayed upon receipt, but shall be displayed on the vehicle by 12:01 a.m., on the enforcement date, since enforcement for display of current registration year credentials will begin on the enforcement date, unless extended by the Commission.
2. (b) Registrants whose renewal application is not received on or before the expiration date cannot avail themselves of the grace period and shall be subject to enforcement.
3. (c) Vehicles apprehended for improper registration credentials may be subject to arrest and fine in the jurisdiction in which the violation occurs.
4. (d) IRP apportioned registration does not include special fuel requirements, operating authority or over dimensional and overweight permits.
